How ENABLE works
An ENABLE portal is set up in five steps. The order is the same as in the platform itself: connect first, then configure, and only then invite people.
ENABLE connects your Power BI workspace through a Microsoft Entra service principal and your data warehouse through an encrypted connection. Reports, pages and visuals are synchronised.
Logo, colours, light or dark theme, the login page and the menu: the portal gets your branding and its own portal address. You choose which dashboards and apps go in.
Access profiles bundle dashboards and apps per group. With row-level security, everyone sees only their own region, branch or customer within the same dashboard.
You first view the portal through a user's eyes. Then the invitations go out, in the recipient's language and with two-factor authentication by email.
Dashboards, plain-language questions, custom dashboards and apps in one place. Everyone sees when the data was last refreshed, and Data Analytics monitors the health and usage of your dashboards every day.

AI on your own data
Type a question and the AI writes the SQL on your own data warehouse. ENABLE checks the query and runs it read-only. The AI sees your tables and columns, never your rows.

Access and control
Access profiles decide which dashboards and apps someone sees. Row-level security decides which rows within that dashboard. No tag, no access: ENABLE never falls back to unfiltered data. And everything that happens is in the activity log.

ENABLE is the data and AI platform from Data Analytics B.V. It lets you offer your Power BI dashboards, your data warehouse and AI applications in one secure portal in your own branding, with access per role and per user.
For organisations that work with Power BI and want to share their dashboards securely with employees, branches, customers or partners. And for those who also want to ask questions of their own data, build their own dashboards or use apps on that data.
No, viewers in ENABLE do not need their own Power BI account. ENABLE retrieves the dashboards through a service principal (the so-called app-owns-data model). That does require Power BI capacity; we discuss which option fits during the intake.
The AI only receives metadata, such as table and column names, and the user's question. It uses these to write an SQL query that ENABLE runs read-only on your own data warehouse. Data rows and passwords never go to the AI, and every executed query is recorded in the audit log.
The ENABLE platform runs in a data centre in Frankfurt (EU). Your data warehouse stays where it is; ENABLE connects to it over an encrypted connection and only reads from it for analysis.
Yes. Logo, colours, light or dark theme, the login page, the footer and the invitation emails are set up for you per organisation. Users see your portal, not ours.
Faster than building it yourself: the portal, the login, access management and the Power BI connection already exist. The lead time depends mainly on your data and dashboards. Once those are ready, it is mostly configuration: connecting, branding, access and invitations. You get a schedule during the intake.
