Who we are

This website (enableyourdata.nl) belongs to Data Analytics B.V., the supplier of the ENABLE platform. This statement explains which data we process through this website and why.

What data we process

When you fill in the demo or contact form, we process the information you enter: your name, email address, organisation, (optionally) phone number, your interests and your message. We only use it to contact you about your request.

Our hosting provider keeps technical log files (such as IP address and time of a request) to keep the website secure and available. These logs are deleted automatically after a short period.

Cookies

This website does not place tracking or advertising cookies and does not use third-party tracking pixels. That is why you will not see a cookie banner.

Retention

We keep form data for as long as needed to handle your request, and afterwards no longer than needed for any follow-up meeting or agreement.

Sharing with others

We do not sell your data. We only use service providers needed to run this website, such as the hosting provider and an email service that delivers the form to us. Agreements on protecting your data are in place with them.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct or delete your data, and to object to its use. Send an email to the address on the contact page. You can also file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
