Pipeline analysis
Conversion per stage, average deal value and cycle time per pipeline, so you see where deals get stuck.
Integration · Pipedrive
With Pipedrive data integration for reporting, you load deals, pipelines and activities via the Pipedrive API into your own data warehouse. There you combine them with, for example, your ERP and use them in ENABLE: in Power BI dashboards, the SQL Explorer with AI and the Data API. ENABLE has no built-in Pipedrive connector.
Pipedrive data integration is the step you take when the reports in Pipedrive are no longer enough. For example, because you want to see the pipeline alongside invoiced revenue from your accounting system, or because senior management wants an overview without working in Pipedrive themselves.
In ENABLE you use Pipedrive data via your own data warehouse. The data is loaded outside the portal via the Pipedrive API, for example with a standard connector or a custom integration, and modelled. Power BI dashboards, the SQL Explorer and the Data API then read from the same model.
In ENABLE
Conversion per stage, average deal value and cycle time per pipeline, so you see where deals get stuck.
Put calls and meetings per salesperson alongside won deals and revenue, with row-level security per team.
Review lost reasons by pipeline, region or salesperson, as a basis for better follow-up.
Link won deals to invoices from your accounting system or ERP and see how much sold revenue actually comes in.
In the SQL Explorer you ask, for example, which deals have been in the same stage for two months. The AI writes the SQL on your warehouse.
Steps
Pipedrive is built to keep deals moving, not for in-depth analysis. In a data warehouse you can analyse CRM data in ways that are difficult in the CRM itself: over longer periods, across multiple pipelines and in combination with financial data.
Loading requires access to the Pipedrive API, via an API token or an app with read rights. Custom fields in Pipedrive come through the API with technical keys; in the model we give them readable names, so dashboards and the AI in the SQL Explorer can work with them properly.
ENABLE itself does not connect to Pipedrive. The portal connects only to your data warehouse, encrypted and read-only, and writes nothing back to your CRM.
In the portal, sales teams and senior management open their Pipedrive dashboards with two-factor authentication and see when the data was last refreshed. With the built-in Targets app you record monthly targets, for example for new deals or revenue, so your dashboard shows how you are doing.
FAQ
No, not as a built-in connector. The data comes via your data warehouse: Pipedrive data is loaded via the API, for example with a standard connector or a custom integration, and then used in ENABLE. We determine the best loading route during the intake.
Pipedrive data integration means bringing together data from Pipedrive with data from other systems, such as your accounting system or ERP. For reporting and AI, this usually happens in a data warehouse, where deals, organisations and invoices are linked.
Load the Pipedrive data via the API into a data warehouse, build a model there and create the Power BI reports on that model. In ENABLE you share those dashboards with access by role, including with people who do not have a Pipedrive account.
No. ENABLE reads from your data warehouse in read-only mode and has no connection to Pipedrive itself. You change deals and contact details in Pipedrive.
In a demo we show how data from Pipedrive reaches dashboards, plain-language questions and apps via your data warehouse. Book a demo and bring your questions.
