What is Help Scout?

Help Scout is help desk software with shared email inboxes, a knowledge base and a chat widget for the website. It is popular with smaller support teams that want customer contact to stay personal rather than feel like a ticketing system.

How to use Help Scout data in ENABLE

Data from Help Scout is loaded outside the portal, with a standard connector or a custom integration, and then modelled in your data warehouse. Data Analytics sets this up. From then on Power BI dashboards, the SQL Explorer with AI and the data API read from the same model, and access profiles decide who sees what.

HubSpot or Pipedrive shows which customers need a lot of support and what they are worth. Stripe or Chargebee links support contact to subscriptions and cancellations.

Typically conversations with status and mailbox, threads (customer messages, replies and notes), customers and users (staff). Exactly which tables you use depends on the questions you want to answer: Data Analytics first sketches the end result and then connects the data it needs.

Yes, with the SQL Explorer with AI. The AI turns your question into SQL on your data warehouse and only receives metadata for that, such as table and column names, never the rows themselves.
