Connect Trengo. Through your own data warehouse.

You use Trengo data in ENABLE through your own PostgreSQL data warehouse: the data is loaded and modelled there, and dashboards, plain-language questions and apps read from it. ENABLE has no built-in connector for Trengo.

What is Trengo?

Trengo is a Dutch platform that brings customer messages from email, WhatsApp, live chat, social media and voice into one shared inbox. It is mainly used by SMEs and online shops that want to be reachable on many channels.

How to use Trengo data in ENABLE

Data from Trengo is loaded outside the portal, with a standard connector or a custom integration, and then modelled in your data warehouse. Data Analytics sets this up. From then on Power BI dashboards, the SQL Explorer with AI and the data API read from the same model, and access profiles decide who sees what.

Your shop, such as Shopify or WooCommerce, together with a carrier such as PostNL shows whether questions spike after late deliveries. Aircall puts phone contacts and written contacts side by side.

What you do with Trengo data

Plain-language questions

  • “Which channel brings in the most questions, and has that changed over the past year?”
  • “How long do customers on WhatsApp wait for a first reply on average?”
  • “How many open tickets are left at the end of each week, per team?”
  • “Which labels appear most often after a shipment?”

The SQL Explorer with AI turns a question like this into SQL on your data warehouse. You see the query, run it yourself, and the AI only receives metadata. More about the SQL Explorer

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Does ENABLE have a built-in Trengo connector?

No. ENABLE reads from your own PostgreSQL data warehouse. Data from Trengo is loaded into it outside the portal, with a standard connector or a custom integration; we decide which route fits during the intake.

Which Trengo data can you use?

Typically tickets with status and channel, messages with timestamps, channels such as email, WhatsApp, chat and social media and users and teams. Exactly which tables you use depends on the questions you want to answer: Data Analytics first sketches the end result and then connects the data it needs.

Can I ask questions about Trengo data in plain language?

Yes, with the SQL Explorer with AI. The AI turns your question into SQL on your data warehouse and only receives metadata for that, such as table and column names, never the rows themselves. The SQL Explorer is available to client admins by default and can be switched on for users per organisation.

What does it cost to connect Trengo?

The price of ENABLE depends on your plan. Each plan includes a number of data sources, from 2 on Solo to 50 on Enterprise+, and an extra data source costs €49 per month. Prices are indicative; after a demo and intake you receive a tailored proposal.
