Connect Aircall. Through your own data warehouse.

You use Aircall data in ENABLE through your own PostgreSQL data warehouse: the data is loaded and modelled there, and dashboards, plain-language questions and apps read from it. ENABLE has no built-in connector for Aircall.

What is Aircall?

Aircall is a cloud-based phone system for sales and support teams. Staff make calls from an app or browser, and calls are often linked to a CRM or help desk.

How to use Aircall data in ENABLE

Data from Aircall is loaded outside the portal, with a standard connector or a custom integration, and then modelled in your data warehouse. Data Analytics sets this up. From then on Power BI dashboards, the SQL Explorer with AI and the data API read from the same model, and access profiles decide who sees what.

Zendesk or Trengo shows phone and written contacts together per customer. HubSpot or Salesforce links outbound sales calls to deals and revenue.

What you do with Aircall data

Plain-language questions

  • “How many callers hang up before speaking to anyone, by hour of the day?”
  • “What share of inbound calls are answered within twenty seconds?”
  • “How long does an average support call last, per tag?”
  • “How often are callers transferred before their question is resolved?”

The SQL Explorer with AI turns a question like this into SQL on your data warehouse. You see the query, run it yourself, and the AI only receives metadata. More about the SQL Explorer

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Does ENABLE have a built-in Aircall connector?

No. ENABLE reads from your own PostgreSQL data warehouse. Data from Aircall is loaded into it outside the portal, with a standard connector or a custom integration; we decide which route fits during the intake.

Which Aircall data can you use?

Typically calls with direction (inbound or outbound) and status, missed calls and voicemails, waiting time and call duration and numbers and lines. Exactly which tables you use depends on the questions you want to answer: Data Analytics first sketches the end result and then connects the data it needs.

Can I ask questions about Aircall data in plain language?

Yes, with the SQL Explorer with AI. The AI turns your question into SQL on your data warehouse and only receives metadata for that, such as table and column names, never the rows themselves. The SQL Explorer is available to client admins by default and can be switched on for users per organisation.

What does it cost to connect Aircall?

The price of ENABLE depends on your plan. Each plan includes a number of data sources, from 2 on Solo to 50 on Enterprise+, and an extra data source costs €49 per month. Prices are indicative; after a demo and intake you receive a tailored proposal.
