Connect Sendcloud. Through your own data warehouse.

You use Sendcloud data in ENABLE through your own PostgreSQL data warehouse: the data is loaded and modelled there, and dashboards, plain-language questions and apps read from it. ENABLE has no built-in connector for Sendcloud.

What is Sendcloud?

Sendcloud is a shipping platform for online shops that lets you create labels for several carriers from one environment. It also provides tracking messages to customers and a returns portal.

How to use Sendcloud data in ENABLE

Data from Sendcloud is loaded outside the portal, with a standard connector or a custom integration, and then modelled in your data warehouse. Data Analytics sets this up. From then on Power BI dashboards, the SQL Explorer with AI and the data API read from the same model, and access profiles decide who sees what.

Shopify or Magento puts shipping costs next to order value, so you can see what shipping costs as a share of revenue. Zendesk or Gorgias shows whether late parcels lead to more customer questions.

Plain-language questions

  • “What does a shipment cost on average per carrier and per country?”
  • “Which carrier most often delivers at the first attempt?”
  • “How are our shipments split across carriers, month by month?”
  • “Which return reasons are most common, per product category?”

The SQL Explorer with AI turns a question like this into SQL on your data warehouse. You see the query, run it yourself, and the AI only receives metadata. More about the SQL Explorer

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Does ENABLE have a built-in Sendcloud connector?

No. ENABLE reads from your own PostgreSQL data warehouse. Data from Sendcloud is loaded into it outside the portal, with a standard connector or a custom integration; we decide which route fits during the intake.

Which Sendcloud data can you use?

Typically parcels with carrier and shipping method, shipping cost per label, tracking statuses per parcel and returns with reason. Exactly which tables you use depends on the questions you want to answer: Data Analytics first sketches the end result and then connects the data it needs.

Can I ask questions about Sendcloud data in plain language?

Yes, with the SQL Explorer with AI. The AI turns your question into SQL on your data warehouse and only receives metadata for that, such as table and column names, never the rows themselves. The SQL Explorer is available to client admins by default and can be switched on for users per organisation.

What does it cost to connect Sendcloud?

The price of ENABLE depends on your plan. Each plan includes a number of data sources, from 2 on Solo to 50 on Enterprise+, and an extra data source costs €49 per month. Prices are indicative; after a demo and intake you receive a tailored proposal.
