What is Employes?

Employes is Dutch online payroll software that lets business owners run payroll themselves. It is aimed at small businesses that want to handle payslips, contracts and payroll tax returns without an intermediary.

How to use Employes data in ENABLE

Data from Employes is loaded outside the portal, with a standard connector or a custom integration, and then modelled in your data warehouse. Data Analytics sets this up. From then on Power BI dashboards, the SQL Explorer with AI and the data API read from the same model, and access profiles decide who sees what.

Payroll costs from Employes next to revenue from Moneybird or e-Boekhouden.nl show how much revenue comes in per employee. With till data from Lightspeed you can set staffing against busy and quiet days.

Does ENABLE have a built-in Employes connector?

No. ENABLE reads from your own PostgreSQL data warehouse. Data from Employes is loaded into it outside the portal, with a standard connector or a custom integration; we decide which route fits during the intake.

Which Employes data can you use?

Typically employees and employment contracts, payslips per period, gross pay, holiday allowance and employer costs and contract type and contracted hours. Exactly which tables you use depends on the questions you want to answer: Data Analytics first sketches the end result and then connects the data it needs.

Can I ask questions about Employes data in plain language?

Yes, with the SQL Explorer with AI. The AI turns your question into SQL on your data warehouse and only receives metadata for that, such as table and column names, never the rows themselves. The SQL Explorer is available to client admins by default and can be switched on for users per organisation.

What does it cost to connect Employes?
