Connect Workable. Through your own data warehouse.

You use Workable data in ENABLE through your own PostgreSQL data warehouse: the data is loaded and modelled there, and dashboards, plain-language questions and apps read from it. ENABLE has no built-in connector for Workable.

What is Workable?

Workable is an applicant tracking system (ATS) that organisations use to post jobs to several job boards, source candidates and run the selection process with their team. It suits organisations that regularly hire for several roles at once.

How to use Workable data in ENABLE

Data from Workable is loaded outside the portal, with a standard connector or a custom integration, and then modelled in your data warehouse. Data Analytics sets this up. From then on Power BI dashboards, the SQL Explorer with AI and the data API read from the same model, and access profiles decide who sees what.

Link hires from Workable to employees in HiBob or Personio to see how many new starters complete their first year. With recruitment spending from your accounts, for example Xero, cost per hire by channel becomes visible.

Plain-language questions

  • “Which job board produces the most suitable candidates per hire?”
  • “How long does it take from first interview to offer, per recruiter?”
  • “Why do candidates drop out after receiving an offer?”
  • “Which vacancies have been open for more than sixty days?”

The SQL Explorer with AI turns a question like this into SQL on your data warehouse. You see the query, run it yourself, and the AI only receives metadata. More about the SQL Explorer

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Does ENABLE have a built-in Workable connector?

No. ENABLE reads from your own PostgreSQL data warehouse. Data from Workable is loaded into it outside the portal, with a standard connector or a custom integration; we decide which route fits during the intake.

Which Workable data can you use?

Typically vacancies with location, department and status, candidates with source (job board, referral, sourcing), stage changes in the selection process and interviews and evaluations. Exactly which tables you use depends on the questions you want to answer: Data Analytics first sketches the end result and then connects the data it needs.

Can I ask questions about Workable data in plain language?

Yes, with the SQL Explorer with AI. The AI turns your question into SQL on your data warehouse and only receives metadata for that, such as table and column names, never the rows themselves. The SQL Explorer is available to client admins by default and can be switched on for users per organisation.

What does it cost to connect Workable?

The price of ENABLE depends on your plan. Each plan includes a number of data sources, from 2 on Solo to 50 on Enterprise+, and an extra data source costs €49 per month. Prices are indicative; after a demo and intake you receive a tailored proposal.
