What is Homerun?

Homerun is recruitment software from Amsterdam for small and medium-sized businesses. You use it to create job posts and a careers page, and to review applicants with your team in a shared pipeline.

How to use Homerun data in ENABLE

Data from Homerun is loaded outside the portal, with a standard connector or a custom integration, and then modelled in your data warehouse. Data Analytics sets this up. From then on Power BI dashboards, the SQL Explorer with AI and the data API read from the same model, and access profiles decide who sees what.

Recruitment data from Homerun next to spending on job boards and agencies from your accounts, such as Exact Online, gives you the cost per hire. With start dates from Personio or HiBob you can see whether new people stay.

Note: Under the GDPR you may not keep applicant data indefinitely. For trends, use counts per vacancy and channel rather than details of individual candidates.

Plain-language questions

  • “Which channel do the applicants we end up hiring come from?”
  • “At which stage do candidates get stuck the longest?”
  • “How many days does it take on average from posting to hire, by department?”
  • “How many offers were accepted this year, and how many declined?”

The SQL Explorer with AI turns a question like this into SQL on your data warehouse. You see the query, run it yourself, and the AI only receives metadata. More about the SQL Explorer

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Does ENABLE have a built-in Homerun connector?

No. ENABLE reads from your own PostgreSQL data warehouse. Data from Homerun is loaded into it outside the portal, with a standard connector or a custom integration; we decide which route fits during the intake.

Which Homerun data can you use?

Typically vacancies with department and status, applicants per vacancy, pipeline stages and the dates candidates moved on and where applicants came from (source or channel). Exactly which tables you use depends on the questions you want to answer: Data Analytics first sketches the end result and then connects the data it needs.

Can I ask questions about Homerun data in plain language?

Yes, with the SQL Explorer with AI. The AI turns your question into SQL on your data warehouse and only receives metadata for that, such as table and column names, never the rows themselves. The SQL Explorer is available to client admins by default and can be switched on for users per organisation.

What does it cost to connect Homerun?

The price of ENABLE depends on your plan. Each plan includes a number of data sources, from 2 on Solo to 50 on Enterprise+, and an extra data source costs €49 per month. Prices are indicative; after a demo and intake you receive a tailored proposal.
