What is Nmbrs?

Nmbrs is Dutch cloud software for payroll and HR. Employers and accountancy firms use it to process salaries, employment contracts, leave and sickness absence.

How to use Nmbrs data in ENABLE

Data from Nmbrs is loaded outside the portal, with a standard connector or a custom integration, and then modelled in your data warehouse. Data Analytics sets this up. From then on Power BI dashboards, the SQL Explorer with AI and the data API read from the same model, and access profiles decide who sees what.

Putting Nmbrs payroll costs next to revenue and costs from Exact Online or AFAS Profit shows how much of your revenue goes on staff. Add hours from Simplicate and you can also see how much billable work each FTE delivers.

Note: Salary and absence data are sensitive personal data under the GDPR. Report at department level where you can, and limit who can see amounts or absence for individual employees.

Does ENABLE have a built-in Nmbrs connector?

No. ENABLE reads from your own PostgreSQL data warehouse. Data from Nmbrs is loaded into it outside the portal, with a standard connector or a custom integration; we decide which route fits during the intake.

Typically employees and employment contracts, payroll results per period (gross, net, employer costs), pay components such as allowances and overtime and departments and cost centres.
