Connect Factorial. Through your own data warehouse.

You use Factorial data in ENABLE through your own PostgreSQL data warehouse: the data is loaded and modelled there, and dashboards, plain-language questions and apps read from it. ENABLE has no built-in connector for Factorial.

What is Factorial?

Factorial is HR software from Barcelona for small and medium-sized businesses. It combines time tracking, leave and absence, documents and recruitment, so HR admin no longer lives in separate spreadsheets.

How to use Factorial data in ENABLE

Data from Factorial is loaded outside the portal, with a standard connector or a custom integration, and then modelled in your data warehouse. Data Analytics sets this up. From then on Power BI dashboards, the SQL Explorer with AI and the data API read from the same model, and access profiles decide who sees what.

Hours worked from Factorial next to payroll costs from Nmbrs or Loket.nl give you the cost per hour worked. Combine them with orders from Picqer and you can see how many orders leave the warehouse per hour worked.

What you do with Factorial data

Plain-language questions

  • “Which teams consistently worked more hours than their contracts last month?”
  • “How many leave requests are still waiting for approval, per manager?”
  • “How often is someone off sick on average, by location?”
  • “How long did it take on average to fill a warehouse vacancy this year?”

The SQL Explorer with AI turns a question like this into SQL on your data warehouse. You see the query, run it yourself, and the AI only receives metadata. More about the SQL Explorer

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Does ENABLE have a built-in Factorial connector?

No. ENABLE reads from your own PostgreSQL data warehouse. Data from Factorial is loaded into it outside the portal, with a standard connector or a custom integration; we decide which route fits during the intake.

Which Factorial data can you use?

Typically employees and teams, clock-ins and hours worked per day, contracted hours per employee and leave and absence requests. Exactly which tables you use depends on the questions you want to answer: Data Analytics first sketches the end result and then connects the data it needs.

Can I ask questions about Factorial data in plain language?

Yes, with the SQL Explorer with AI. The AI turns your question into SQL on your data warehouse and only receives metadata for that, such as table and column names, never the rows themselves. The SQL Explorer is available to client admins by default and can be switched on for users per organisation.

What does it cost to connect Factorial?

The price of ENABLE depends on your plan. Each plan includes a number of data sources, from 2 on Solo to 50 on Enterprise+, and an extra data source costs €49 per month. Prices are indicative; after a demo and intake you receive a tailored proposal.
