Connect Calendly. Through your own data warehouse.

You use Calendly data in ENABLE through your own PostgreSQL data warehouse: the data is loaded and modelled there, and dashboards, plain-language questions and apps read from it. ENABLE has no built-in connector for Calendly.

What is Calendly?

Calendly is a scheduling tool that lets people book a meeting themselves in the available time of a colleague or team. Sales, recruitment and service teams use it to avoid back-and-forth emails about a time slot.

How to use Calendly data in ENABLE

Data from Calendly is loaded outside the portal, with a standard connector or a custom integration, and then modelled in your data warehouse. Data Analytics sets this up. From then on Power BI dashboards, the SQL Explorer with AI and the data API read from the same model, and access profiles decide who sees what.

Add HubSpot or Pipedrive to follow a booked meeting through to a deal and see which event type converts best. With Google Ads and Google Analytics 4 you see which campaigns lead to real conversations, not just visits.

What you do with Calendly data

Plain-language questions

  • “How many introductory calls were booked last month, and which campaign did they come from?”
  • “What share of booked demos is cancelled or ends in a no-show?”
  • “How many booked calls per salesperson turn into a won deal within sixty days?”
  • “On which days and at which times are most meetings booked?”

The SQL Explorer with AI turns a question like this into SQL on your data warehouse. You see the query, run it yourself, and the AI only receives metadata. More about the SQL Explorer

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Does ENABLE have a built-in Calendly connector?

No. ENABLE reads from your own PostgreSQL data warehouse. Data from Calendly is loaded into it outside the portal, with a standard connector or a custom integration; we decide which route fits during the intake.

Which Calendly data can you use?

Typically event types, scheduled events, invitees and their answers to booking questions and cancellations and reschedules. Exactly which tables you use depends on the questions you want to answer: Data Analytics first sketches the end result and then connects the data it needs.

Can I ask questions about Calendly data in plain language?

Yes, with the SQL Explorer with AI. The AI turns your question into SQL on your data warehouse and only receives metadata for that, such as table and column names, never the rows themselves. The SQL Explorer is available to client admins by default and can be switched on for users per organisation.

What does it cost to connect Calendly?

The price of ENABLE depends on your plan. Each plan includes a number of data sources, from 2 on Solo to 50 on Enterprise+, and an extra data source costs €49 per month. Prices are indicative; after a demo and intake you receive a tailored proposal.
