What is Copper?

Copper is a CRM built for Google Workspace that works directly inside Gmail and Google Calendar. It suits teams that handle most of their customer contact through Google tools and do not want to open a separate system.

How to use Copper data in ENABLE

Data from Copper is loaded outside the portal, with a standard connector or a custom integration, and then modelled in your data warehouse. Data Analytics sets this up. From then on Power BI dashboards, the SQL Explorer with AI and the data API read from the same model, and access profiles decide who sees what.

With Google Analytics 4 and Google Ads next to Copper, you see which campaigns bring in leads that lead to an opportunity. Add QuickBooks or Xero and you see how much revenue won opportunities eventually bring in.

Plain-language questions

  • “How many leads were converted into an opportunity last quarter, by source?”
  • “Which opportunities above 10,000 euros have been in the same stage for more than a month?”
  • “How many projects started from opportunities we won in the past three months?”
  • “Which team member has the most customer meetings booked in Google Calendar this month?”

The SQL Explorer with AI turns a question like this into SQL on your data warehouse. You see the query, run it yourself, and the AI only receives metadata. More about the SQL Explorer

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Does ENABLE have a built-in Copper connector?

No. ENABLE reads from your own PostgreSQL data warehouse. Data from Copper is loaded into it outside the portal, with a standard connector or a custom integration; we decide which route fits during the intake.

Which Copper data can you use?

Typically people and companies, leads, opportunities and pipelines and post-sale projects. Exactly which tables you use depends on the questions you want to answer: Data Analytics first sketches the end result and then connects the data it needs.

Can I ask questions about Copper data in plain language?

Yes, with the SQL Explorer with AI. The AI turns your question into SQL on your data warehouse and only receives metadata for that, such as table and column names, never the rows themselves. The SQL Explorer is available to client admins by default and can be switched on for users per organisation.

What does it cost to connect Copper?

The price of ENABLE depends on your plan. Each plan includes a number of data sources, from 2 on Solo to 50 on Enterprise+, and an extra data source costs €49 per month. Prices are indicative; after a demo and intake you receive a tailored proposal.
