Connect HubSpot. Through your own data warehouse.

You use HubSpot data in ENABLE through your own PostgreSQL data warehouse: the data is loaded and modelled there, and dashboards, plain-language questions and apps read from it. ENABLE has no built-in connector for HubSpot.

What is HubSpot?

HubSpot is a CRM platform that brings marketing, sales and customer service together in separate hubs around a single contact database. It is popular with small and mid-sized businesses that want to follow leads from their website and email marketing through to a closed deal.

How to use HubSpot data in ENABLE

Data from HubSpot is loaded outside the portal, with a standard connector or a custom integration, and then modelled in your data warehouse. Data Analytics sets this up. From then on Power BI dashboards, the SQL Explorer with AI and the data API read from the same model, and access profiles decide who sees what.

Alongside Exact Online or another accounting package, you can see which HubSpot deals were actually invoiced and paid. Add Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads and you can work out the cost per won customer rather than just per lead.

Note: HubSpot uses lifecycle stages such as Lead, MQL and SQL. Agree what those stages mean in your organisation, otherwise funnel figures cannot be compared across teams or periods.

Plain-language questions

  • “How many contacts became an MQL last month, and how many of those turned into an SQL within thirty days?”
  • “Which website form produces the most deals that we actually win?”
  • “How long does a deal sit in the Quote sent stage on average before it is won or lost?”
  • “Which account manager has the most open deals with no activity scheduled?”

The SQL Explorer with AI turns a question like this into SQL on your data warehouse. You see the query, run it yourself, and the AI only receives metadata. More about the SQL Explorer

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Does ENABLE have a built-in HubSpot connector?

No. ENABLE reads from your own PostgreSQL data warehouse. Data from HubSpot is loaded into it outside the portal, with a standard connector or a custom integration; we decide which route fits during the intake.

Which HubSpot data can you use?

Typically contacts and their lifecycle stage, companies, deals, pipelines and deal stages and activities (emails, calls, meetings, tasks, notes). Exactly which tables you use depends on the questions you want to answer: Data Analytics first sketches the end result and then connects the data it needs.

Can I ask questions about HubSpot data in plain language?

Yes, with the SQL Explorer with AI. The AI turns your question into SQL on your data warehouse and only receives metadata for that, such as table and column names, never the rows themselves. The SQL Explorer is available to client admins by default and can be switched on for users per organisation.

What does it cost to connect HubSpot?

The price of ENABLE depends on your plan. Each plan includes a number of data sources, from 2 on Solo to 50 on Enterprise+, and an extra data source costs €49 per month. Prices are indicative; after a demo and intake you receive a tailored proposal.
