What is Salesflare?

Salesflare is a CRM for small B2B companies that fills in contacts and a timeline per customer automatically from email, calendar and phone. It is aimed at teams that want to spend as little time as possible on manual data entry.

How to use Salesflare data in ENABLE

Data from Salesflare is loaded outside the portal, with a standard connector or a custom integration, and then modelled in your data warehouse. Data Analytics sets this up. From then on Power BI dashboards, the SQL Explorer with AI and the data API read from the same model, and access profiles decide who sees what.

Add Calendly and you see how many booked introductory calls turn into an opportunity in Salesflare. Link won opportunities to invoices from Moneybird or Xero and you see what a new customer is really worth.

No. ENABLE reads from your own PostgreSQL data warehouse. Data from Salesflare is loaded into it outside the portal, with a standard connector or a custom integration; we decide which route fits during the intake.

Which Salesflare data can you use?

Typically accounts and contacts, opportunities and pipeline stages, tasks and reminders and emails and meetings on the customer timeline. Exactly which tables you use depends on the questions you want to answer: Data Analytics first sketches the end result and then connects the data it needs.

Can I ask questions about Salesflare data in plain language?

Yes, with the SQL Explorer with AI. The AI turns your question into SQL on your data warehouse and only receives metadata for that, such as table and column names, never the rows themselves. The SQL Explorer is available to client admins by default and can be switched on for users per organisation.

What does it cost to connect Salesflare?

The price of ENABLE depends on your plan. Each plan includes a number of data sources, from 2 on Solo to 50 on Enterprise+, and an extra data source costs €49 per month. Prices are indicative; after a demo and intake you receive a tailored proposal.
