What is Zoho CRM?

Zoho CRM is Zoho's CRM, part of a wider family of business applications from the same vendor. Small and mid-sized businesses use it to manage leads, deals and customer contact, often together with other Zoho apps.

How to use Zoho CRM data in ENABLE

Data from Zoho CRM is loaded outside the portal, with a standard connector or a custom integration, and then modelled in your data warehouse. Data Analytics sets this up. From then on Power BI dashboards, the SQL Explorer with AI and the data API read from the same model, and access profiles decide who sees what.

With Zoho Books next to Zoho CRM, you see whether won deals are actually invoiced and paid. Add Mailchimp and you can tell which newsletters produce leads that go on to become deals.

Note: When a lead is converted in Zoho CRM it becomes a contact, an account and optionally a deal. Keep the conversion date if you want to measure the time from lead to deal.
