What is SharePoint lists?

SharePoint lists, also known as Microsoft Lists, are structured lists within Microsoft 365 with fixed columns per item. Organisations use them for records that do not fit a core system, such as complaints, incidents, contracts or requests.

How to use SharePoint lists data in ENABLE

Data from SharePoint lists is loaded outside the portal, with a standard connector or a custom integration, and then modelled in your data warehouse. Data Analytics sets this up. From then on Power BI dashboards, the SQL Explorer with AI and the data API read from the same model, and access profiles decide who sees what.

Complaints from a SharePoint list next to orders from Business Central or Exact Online show which products or customers attract the most problems. With project data from Simplicate or Jira you see records and progress together.
