Connect Oracle NetSuite. Through your own data warehouse.

You use Oracle NetSuite data in ENABLE through your own PostgreSQL data warehouse: the data is loaded and modelled there, and dashboards, plain-language questions and apps read from it. ENABLE has no built-in connector for Oracle NetSuite.

What is Oracle NetSuite?

Oracle NetSuite is a cloud ERP for mid-sized and fast-growing businesses. It brings together finance, order management, inventory and purchasing, and is often chosen by organisations with entities in several countries.

How to use Oracle NetSuite data in ENABLE

Data from Oracle NetSuite is loaded outside the portal, with a standard connector or a custom integration, and then modelled in your data warehouse. Data Analytics sets this up. From then on Power BI dashboards, the SQL Explorer with AI and the data API read from the same model, and access profiles decide who sees what.

NetSuite alongside Salesforce shows how the pipeline turns into orders and revenue. With subscription data from Chargebee or Stripe you can compare recurring revenue with the accounts.

Note: NetSuite OneWorld manages several subsidiaries in one account. Watch currencies and intercompany transactions when consolidating, so revenue is not counted twice.

What you do with Oracle NetSuite data

Plain-language questions

  • “How fast is revenue growing per subsidiary, in local currency and in euros?”
  • “Which departments have the highest costs relative to their revenue contribution?”
  • “At which locations does inventory turn over most slowly?”
  • “Which customers pay most slowly on average, across all countries?”

The SQL Explorer with AI turns a question like this into SQL on your data warehouse. You see the query, run it yourself, and the AI only receives metadata. More about the SQL Explorer

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Does ENABLE have a built-in Oracle NetSuite connector?

No. ENABLE reads from your own PostgreSQL data warehouse. Data from Oracle NetSuite is loaded into it outside the portal, with a standard connector or a custom integration; we decide which route fits during the intake.

Which Oracle NetSuite data can you use?

Typically sales orders and invoices, vendor bills, customers and vendors and items and inventory per location. Exactly which tables you use depends on the questions you want to answer: Data Analytics first sketches the end result and then connects the data it needs.

Can I ask questions about Oracle NetSuite data in plain language?

Yes, with the SQL Explorer with AI. The AI turns your question into SQL on your data warehouse and only receives metadata for that, such as table and column names, never the rows themselves. The SQL Explorer is available to client admins by default and can be switched on for users per organisation.

What does it cost to connect Oracle NetSuite?

The price of ENABLE depends on your plan. Each plan includes a number of data sources, from 2 on Solo to 50 on Enterprise+, and an extra data source costs €49 per month. Prices are indicative; after a demo and intake you receive a tailored proposal.
