What is Jortt?

Jortt is a Dutch online bookkeeping program for freelancers and small business owners. You use it to create invoices, process receipts and bank transactions and prepare the VAT return.

How to use Jortt data in ENABLE

Data from Jortt is loaded outside the portal, with a standard connector or a custom integration, and then modelled in your data warehouse. Data Analytics sets this up. From then on Power BI dashboards, the SQL Explorer with AI and the data API read from the same model, and access profiles decide who sees what.

Jortt invoices alongside hours from Toggl Track or Harvest show your real hourly rate per client. Adding form responses from Typeform or Calendly bookings shows which enquiries end up as paid work.

Does ENABLE have a built-in Jortt connector?

No. ENABLE reads from your own PostgreSQL data warehouse. Data from Jortt is loaded into it outside the portal, with a standard connector or a custom integration; we decide which route fits during the intake.

Which Jortt data can you use?

Typically sales invoices, customers, expenses (purchase invoices and receipts) and bank transactions. Exactly which tables you use depends on the questions you want to answer: Data Analytics first sketches the end result and then connects the data it needs.

Can I ask questions about Jortt data in plain language?

Yes, with the SQL Explorer with AI. The AI turns your question into SQL on your data warehouse and only receives metadata for that, such as table and column names, never the rows themselves. The SQL Explorer is available to client admins by default and can be switched on for users per organisation.

What does it cost to connect Jortt?

The price of ENABLE depends on your plan. Each plan includes a number of data sources, from 2 on Solo to 50 on Enterprise+, and an extra data source costs €49 per month. Prices are indicative; after a demo and intake you receive a tailored proposal.
