What is ClickUp?

ClickUp is productivity software that combines tasks, docs, goals and time tracking in one workspace. Work is organised into spaces, folders and lists, with tasks and subtasks beneath them.

How to use ClickUp data in ENABLE

Data from ClickUp is loaded outside the portal, with a standard connector or a custom integration, and then modelled in your data warehouse. Data Analytics sets this up. From then on Power BI dashboards, the SQL Explorer with AI and the data API read from the same model, and access profiles decide who sees what.

Tracked time from ClickUp next to invoices from Moneybird or QuickBooks shows which clients or projects are profitable. With conversations from Intercom you can see how much team time goes on customer questions.

Does ENABLE have a built-in ClickUp connector?

No. ENABLE reads from your own PostgreSQL data warehouse. Data from ClickUp is loaded into it outside the portal, with a standard connector or a custom integration; we decide which route fits during the intake.

Which ClickUp data can you use?

Typically tasks with status, priority and due date, spaces, folders and lists, estimated and tracked time per task and assignees. Exactly which tables you use depends on the questions you want to answer: Data Analytics first sketches the end result and then connects the data it needs.

Can I ask questions about ClickUp data in plain language?

Yes, with the SQL Explorer with AI. The AI turns your question into SQL on your data warehouse and only receives metadata for that, such as table and column names, never the rows themselves. The SQL Explorer is available to client admins by default and can be switched on for users per organisation.

What does it cost to connect ClickUp?

The price of ENABLE depends on your plan. Each plan includes a number of data sources, from 2 on Solo to 50 on Enterprise+, and an extra data source costs €49 per month. Prices are indicative; after a demo and intake you receive a tailored proposal.
