Connect Wrike. Through your own data warehouse.

You use Wrike data in ENABLE through your own PostgreSQL data warehouse: the data is loaded and modelled there, and dashboards, plain-language questions and apps read from it. ENABLE has no built-in connector for Wrike.

What is Wrike?

Wrike is work management software for larger teams and organisations, with projects, tasks, Gantt charts, workload management and approval flows. Users include marketing and creative teams and PMOs.

How to use Wrike data in ENABLE

Data from Wrike is loaded outside the portal, with a standard connector or a custom integration, and then modelled in your data warehouse. Data Analytics sets this up. From then on Power BI dashboards, the SQL Explorer with AI and the data API read from the same model, and access profiles decide who sees what.

Projects from Wrike next to campaign figures from LinkedIn Ads or Google Ads show how campaign lead times relate to results. With hours and costs from Business Central or Exact Online you can work out full project costs.

Plain-language questions

  • “What share of projects hit their planned delivery date, by department?”
  • “How many review rounds does a campaign need on average before it is approved?”
  • “Where is most of the delay: in the work itself or in waiting for approval?”
  • “How many tasks does the creative team complete each week?”

The SQL Explorer with AI turns a question like this into SQL on your data warehouse. You see the query, run it yourself, and the AI only receives metadata. More about the SQL Explorer

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Does ENABLE have a built-in Wrike connector?

No. ENABLE reads from your own PostgreSQL data warehouse. Data from Wrike is loaded into it outside the portal, with a standard connector or a custom integration; we decide which route fits during the intake.

Which Wrike data can you use?

Typically projects and folders, tasks with status, schedule and assignees, dependencies between tasks and approvals and review rounds. Exactly which tables you use depends on the questions you want to answer: Data Analytics first sketches the end result and then connects the data it needs.

Can I ask questions about Wrike data in plain language?

Yes, with the SQL Explorer with AI. The AI turns your question into SQL on your data warehouse and only receives metadata for that, such as table and column names, never the rows themselves. The SQL Explorer is available to client admins by default and can be switched on for users per organisation.

What does it cost to connect Wrike?

The price of ENABLE depends on your plan. Each plan includes a number of data sources, from 2 on Solo to 50 on Enterprise+, and an extra data source costs €49 per month. Prices are indicative; after a demo and intake you receive a tailored proposal.
