Connect PrestaShop. Through your own data warehouse.

You use PrestaShop data in ENABLE through your own PostgreSQL data warehouse: the data is loaded and modelled there, and dashboards, plain-language questions and apps read from it. ENABLE has no built-in connector for PrestaShop.

What is PrestaShop?

PrestaShop is an open-source e-commerce platform from France that you host yourself. It is mainly used by small and medium-sized online shops in Europe, with modules for payments, shipping and marketing.

How to use PrestaShop data in ENABLE

Data from PrestaShop is loaded outside the portal, with a standard connector or a custom integration, and then modelled in your data warehouse. Data Analytics sets this up. From then on Power BI dashboards, the SQL Explorer with AI and the data API read from the same model, and access profiles decide who sees what.

Sendcloud or PostNL shows what happens after dispatch and how long delivery takes. Google Analytics 4 lets you compare carts with sessions and conversion by channel.

Plain-language questions

  • “How many carts belonging to logged-in customers are never checked out?”
  • “How many items does an average order contain, and does that differ by country?”
  • “Which vouchers are used most often by new customers?”
  • “How long does an order sit in 'processing' on average before it ships?”

The SQL Explorer with AI turns a question like this into SQL on your data warehouse. You see the query, run it yourself, and the AI only receives metadata. More about the SQL Explorer

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Does ENABLE have a built-in PrestaShop connector?

No. ENABLE reads from your own PostgreSQL data warehouse. Data from PrestaShop is loaded into it outside the portal, with a standard connector or a custom integration; we decide which route fits during the intake.

Which PrestaShop data can you use?

Typically orders with order status history, carts, including ones never checked out, customers and addresses and products and combinations (variants). Exactly which tables you use depends on the questions you want to answer: Data Analytics first sketches the end result and then connects the data it needs.

Can I ask questions about PrestaShop data in plain language?

Yes, with the SQL Explorer with AI. The AI turns your question into SQL on your data warehouse and only receives metadata for that, such as table and column names, never the rows themselves. The SQL Explorer is available to client admins by default and can be switched on for users per organisation.

What does it cost to connect PrestaShop?

The price of ENABLE depends on your plan. Each plan includes a number of data sources, from 2 on Solo to 50 on Enterprise+, and an extra data source costs €49 per month. Prices are indicative; after a demo and intake you receive a tailored proposal.
