What is Squarespace?

Squarespace is a website builder with designed templates and a built-in way to sell products, services and digital goods. It is popular with creatives, small brands and service providers.

How to use Squarespace data in ENABLE

Data from Squarespace is loaded outside the portal, with a standard connector or a custom integration, and then modelled in your data warehouse. Data Analytics sets this up. From then on Power BI dashboards, the SQL Explorer with AI and the data API read from the same model, and access profiles decide who sees what.

Stripe or PayPal shows the payments and fees behind each order. Google Analytics 4 shows which pages and channels bring visitors to the shop.

Plain-language questions

  • “How is our revenue split between physical products, digital products and services?”
  • “Which products sell out most often?”
  • “How many customers who bought a digital download later buy a physical product too?”
  • “Which discounts were used most last quarter?”

The SQL Explorer with AI turns a question like this into SQL on your data warehouse. You see the query, run it yourself, and the AI only receives metadata. More about the SQL Explorer

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Does ENABLE have a built-in Squarespace connector?

No. ENABLE reads from your own PostgreSQL data warehouse. Data from Squarespace is loaded into it outside the portal, with a standard connector or a custom integration; we decide which route fits during the intake.

Which Squarespace data can you use?

Typically orders with line items and status, products (physical, digital and services) with stock, customer profiles and transactions and refunds. Exactly which tables you use depends on the questions you want to answer: Data Analytics first sketches the end result and then connects the data it needs.

Can I ask questions about Squarespace data in plain language?

Yes, with the SQL Explorer with AI. The AI turns your question into SQL on your data warehouse and only receives metadata for that, such as table and column names, never the rows themselves. The SQL Explorer is available to client admins by default and can be switched on for users per organisation.

What does it cost to connect Squarespace?

The price of ENABLE depends on your plan. Each plan includes a number of data sources, from 2 on Solo to 50 on Enterprise+, and an extra data source costs €49 per month. Prices are indicative; after a demo and intake you receive a tailored proposal.
