What is Shopware?

Shopware is a German e-commerce platform with an open-source core, used by brands and retailers who want to shape their online shop flexibly. You can host it yourself or use it as a cloud service.

How to use Shopware data in ENABLE

Data from Shopware is loaded outside the portal, with a standard connector or a custom integration, and then modelled in your data warehouse. Data Analytics sets this up. From then on Power BI dashboards, the SQL Explorer with AI and the data API read from the same model, and access profiles decide who sees what.

An ERP such as Odoo or Exact Online puts order data next to purchase prices and stock, so margin per product becomes visible. Klaviyo or Mailchimp shows which campaigns lead to repeat purchases.

Does ENABLE have a built-in Shopware connector?

No. ENABLE reads from your own PostgreSQL data warehouse. Data from Shopware is loaded into it outside the portal, with a standard connector or a custom integration; we decide which route fits during the intake.

Which Shopware data can you use?

Typically orders with order, payment and delivery status, sales channels (for example per country or audience), customers and customer groups and products, variants and properties. Exactly which tables you use depends on the questions you want to answer: Data Analytics first sketches the end result and then connects the data it needs.

Can I ask questions about Shopware data in plain language?

Yes, with the SQL Explorer with AI. The AI turns your question into SQL on your data warehouse and only receives metadata for that, such as table and column names, never the rows themselves. The SQL Explorer is available to client admins by default and can be switched on for users per organisation.

What does it cost to connect Shopware?

The price of ENABLE depends on your plan. Each plan includes a number of data sources, from 2 on Solo to 50 on Enterprise+, and an extra data source costs €49 per month. Prices are indicative; after a demo and intake you receive a tailored proposal.
