Connect Brevo. Through your own data warehouse.

You use Brevo data in ENABLE through your own PostgreSQL data warehouse: the data is loaded and modelled there, and dashboards, plain-language questions and apps read from it. ENABLE has no built-in connector for Brevo.

What is Brevo?

Brevo, formerly Sendinblue, is a French platform for email, SMS and WhatsApp marketing with marketing automation and transactional email. It is used by small and mid-sized businesses that send both marketing and system messages from one place.

How to use Brevo data in ENABLE

Data from Brevo is loaded outside the portal, with a standard connector or a custom integration, and then modelled in your data warehouse. Data Analytics sets this up. From then on Power BI dashboards, the SQL Explorer with AI and the data API read from the same model, and access profiles decide who sees what.

Add Google Analytics 4 and you see what recipients do after clicking. Next to orders from WooCommerce or Shopify, you see the revenue that follows each campaign.

Note: Brevo sends both marketing and transactional emails. Keep them apart in your analysis, because order confirmations and password emails have very different open and click rates from newsletters.

Plain-language questions

  • “Which automation workflow drives the most clicks to the website?”
  • “How many hard bounces did we have per campaign this quarter, and which lists do they come from?”
  • “Do SMS campaigns outperform email for last-minute offers?”
  • “How many newsletter contacts have ended up with a deal in the pipeline?”

The SQL Explorer with AI turns a question like this into SQL on your data warehouse. You see the query, run it yourself, and the AI only receives metadata. More about the SQL Explorer

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Does ENABLE have a built-in Brevo connector?

No. ENABLE reads from your own PostgreSQL data warehouse. Data from Brevo is loaded into it outside the portal, with a standard connector or a custom integration; we decide which route fits during the intake.

Which Brevo data can you use?

Typically contacts, lists and contact attributes, email campaigns, SMS and WhatsApp campaigns and automation workflows. Exactly which tables you use depends on the questions you want to answer: Data Analytics first sketches the end result and then connects the data it needs.

Can I ask questions about Brevo data in plain language?

Yes, with the SQL Explorer with AI. The AI turns your question into SQL on your data warehouse and only receives metadata for that, such as table and column names, never the rows themselves. The SQL Explorer is available to client admins by default and can be switched on for users per organisation.

What does it cost to connect Brevo?

The price of ENABLE depends on your plan. Each plan includes a number of data sources, from 2 on Solo to 50 on Enterprise+, and an extra data source costs €49 per month. Prices are indicative; after a demo and intake you receive a tailored proposal.
