Connect Trustpilot. Through your own data warehouse.

You use Trustpilot data in ENABLE through your own PostgreSQL data warehouse: the data is loaded and modelled there, and dashboards, plain-language questions and apps read from it. ENABLE has no built-in connector for Trustpilot.

What is Trustpilot?

Trustpilot is a public platform where customers leave star-rated reviews of businesses and their products. Online shops and service providers use it to actively invite customers to review them and to respond to reviews.

How to use Trustpilot data in ENABLE

Data from Trustpilot is loaded outside the portal, with a standard connector or a custom integration, and then modelled in your data warehouse. Data Analytics sets this up. From then on Power BI dashboards, the SQL Explorer with AI and the data API read from the same model, and access profiles decide who sees what.

Next to orders from Shopify or your ERP, you link reviews to what was bought, returned and reordered. Add Zendesk to see whether negative reviews are preceded by unresolved tickets.

Note: The TrustScore is not a plain average of all stars: recent reviews carry more weight. If you calculate an average yourself, it will differ from the score shown.

Plain-language questions

  • “Which topics come up most often in one- and two-star reviews?”
  • “How long does it take us on average to reply to a negative review?”
  • “What share of the invitations we send results in a review?”
  • “Do customers who wrote a positive review buy again more often than those who wrote a negative one?”

The SQL Explorer with AI turns a question like this into SQL on your data warehouse. You see the query, run it yourself, and the AI only receives metadata. More about the SQL Explorer

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Does ENABLE have a built-in Trustpilot connector?

No. ENABLE reads from your own PostgreSQL data warehouse. Data from Trustpilot is loaded into it outside the portal, with a standard connector or a custom integration; we decide which route fits during the intake.

Which Trustpilot data can you use?

Typically reviews with star rating and text, company replies to reviews, review invitations and trustScore. Exactly which tables you use depends on the questions you want to answer: Data Analytics first sketches the end result and then connects the data it needs.

Can I ask questions about Trustpilot data in plain language?

Yes, with the SQL Explorer with AI. The AI turns your question into SQL on your data warehouse and only receives metadata for that, such as table and column names, never the rows themselves. The SQL Explorer is available to client admins by default and can be switched on for users per organisation.

What does it cost to connect Trustpilot?

The price of ENABLE depends on your plan. Each plan includes a number of data sources, from 2 on Solo to 50 on Enterprise+, and an extra data source costs €49 per month. Prices are indicative; after a demo and intake you receive a tailored proposal.
