Connect Google Forms. Through your own data warehouse.

You use Google Forms data in ENABLE through your own PostgreSQL data warehouse: the data is loaded and modelled there, and dashboards, plain-language questions and apps read from it. ENABLE has no built-in connector for Google Forms.

What is Google Forms?

Google Forms is Google's free form tool and part of Google Workspace. It is widely used for simple surveys, event registrations, internal evaluations and quizzes.

How to use Google Forms data in ENABLE

Data from Google Forms is loaded outside the portal, with a standard connector or a custom integration, and then modelled in your data warehouse. Data Analytics sets this up. From then on Power BI dashboards, the SQL Explorer with AI and the data API read from the same model, and access profiles decide who sees what.

Next to customer data from HubSpot or Salesforce, you see which existing customers register and what they answer. Responses often end up in Google Sheets, which makes it easy to put them next to other lists.

Note: Google Forms has few reporting features of its own and does not track views. You know who responded, but not how many people opened the form without submitting it.

Plain-language questions

  • “How satisfied were attendees on average with this year's customer days, per location?”
  • “How many registrations came in for the webinar, and how many of those are existing customers?”
  • “Which open answers in the evaluation are about how easy it is to reach customer service?”
  • “How does the average score on the delivery time statement change between spring and autumn?”

The SQL Explorer with AI turns a question like this into SQL on your data warehouse. You see the query, run it yourself, and the AI only receives metadata. More about the SQL Explorer

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Does ENABLE have a built-in Google Forms connector?

No. ENABLE reads from your own PostgreSQL data warehouse. Data from Google Forms is loaded into it outside the portal, with a standard connector or a custom integration; we decide which route fits during the intake.

Which Google Forms data can you use?

Typically forms and questions, responses with timestamp, multiple-choice, scale and open answers and respondent email address, when collected. Exactly which tables you use depends on the questions you want to answer: Data Analytics first sketches the end result and then connects the data it needs.

Can I ask questions about Google Forms data in plain language?

Yes, with the SQL Explorer with AI. The AI turns your question into SQL on your data warehouse and only receives metadata for that, such as table and column names, never the rows themselves. The SQL Explorer is available to client admins by default and can be switched on for users per organisation.

What does it cost to connect Google Forms?

The price of ENABLE depends on your plan. Each plan includes a number of data sources, from 2 on Solo to 50 on Enterprise+, and an extra data source costs €49 per month. Prices are indicative; after a demo and intake you receive a tailored proposal.
